To avoid dulling; do NOT apply HG tile cement; mortar and efflorescence remover on calcareous natural stone such as marble; travertine; some types of slate; terrazzo; granite and cement tiles. Directions for use: Depending on the degree of residues dilute HG tile cement; mortar and efflorescence remover from 1:4 to 1:10 with water. Try HG tile cement; mortar and efflorescence remover on a small inconspicuous area first. Wet the surface to be treated down with clean water before using. Spread a dilution of the product over the surface and leave to activate for a couple of minutes. Scrub thoroughly with brush or cleaning pad until clean. Rinse thoroughly with clean water; and preferably use a wet-vacuum to lift the dirt and water from the surface; or mop. Repeat procedure if necessary. Coverage: 1 L for 20 -40 m2/200-400 sq/ft. The use of HG tile cement; mortar and efflorescence remover may lighten the colour of the grout. To remove cement and grout residues from calcareous surfaces such as marble; travertine; and some types of slate etc. use the HG natural stone cement grout film remover. Avoid contact with; or protect acid sensitive surfaces; like marble; limestone; stainless steel etc.
