HG appliance de-scaler quickly removes scale and limescale from coffee machines; electric kettles; washing machines and most hot water equipment. It is safe and suitable to use on all appliances. Large scale and limescale deposits force the heating elements to use more energy; which makes them less efficient and speeds-up wear and tear reducing their lifespan. Scale deposits left untreated can also affect the flavour of the coffee. Read and follow the instructions as scale removal may differ from appliance to appliance due to the water hardness and external environmental factors. Do not use in pod coffee machines and on surfaces that are sensitive to acids such as aluminium; zinc or enamel.
