Black Jack foundation & roof coating is a liquid applied, thin 'paint like', asphalt based coating designed to penetrate and seal foundation block walls below grade and masonry roof surfaces. Prevents moisture from penetrating walls. Can also be used to seal and protect underground wood footings and metal surfaces.

Weatherproofs, providing a moisture barrier.
Thin-bodied to penetrate and protect masonry surfaces.

Dries to a tough, flexible, weather resistant film.
